The room was spacious and nicely equipped with three beds, which I really enjoyed; the location by the sea was pleasant, and I would love to return after staying for 5 nights.

Would stay here again and again, I truly enjoyed the stay. No complains at all, overall it’s well-maintained place with affable staff during the night shift. The rooms are well-appointed and clean and they have an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet;))

The hotel is in a great location, very close to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants. the breakfast was tasty, and the spa facilities were relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. the staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and any requests we had during the weekend very easy.

The hotel presented bed linens and towels that are brand new. The interior is spotless and cozy. The hotel is in a gateway location that guarantees easy access to markets and public transport. The complimentary food and drinks upon check-in were much appreciated!

The breakfast spread was quite lacking. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested in fulfilling their guests' requests.

We had a great experience as business travellers at this hotel. the location was excellent, with easy access to SG airport and close to many popular tourist attractions. the metro was conveniently located nearby. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. the staff were attentive and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the gym and sauna facilities on site.

We did encounter some issues with the availability of the rooms upon our arrival. Despite this, the staff worked hard to resolve the issue and ultimately provided us with a satisfactory room.

I chose Yuksel Istanbul Yenikapi Hotel because of its convenient location near the historic center of Istanbul. I wanted to visit the famous landmarks such as Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia, which were all within easy reach from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offered a concierge service and a tour desk, allowing me to get recommendations and directions from the helpful staff. The complimentary wireless internet access was also a great convenience.

Breakfast lacked labels and variety. Scrambled eggs could have been cooked more.
